- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Last 4 occasions I've attended on time a pre arranged appointment only to be still sat in waiting area an hour later. My last appointment was cancelled by surgery with new appointment for today. Today I walked away with another new appointment. At 10.30am my appointment time I was advised 3 people in front of me. At 11.20am again advised 3 people in front of me. Been with this surgery 55 yrs since birth. This surgery used to be caring and personal and then someone thought let's make it into a medical centre.
